About the Role
We’re looking for Business Development Representatives who are driven, consultative, and AI-first in their approach. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, shaping their impression of eGain.
In this role, leveraging AI and digital tools in a product-led sales engagement model, you will:
Lead discovery calls to qualify enterprise leads to develop sales opportunities.
Nurture prospects until they are ready to engage with Account Executives.
Use creative prospecting techniques to identify new opportunities.
Partner with marketing (you are their customer) and sales (they are your customer) to refine processes, share insights, and continuously improve pipeline generation.

Qualifications
Some prior experience in sales, customer success, consulting, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply AI and technology to solve problems.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Bachelor’s degree
