About the Role
<p><span id="tsuid_O0j8aZeqFYqLhbIP85zHkAs_7" class="ejCXj">Duties:-<br />• Install, repair, and maintain felt flat roofing systems.<br />• Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and priming<br />• Measure and cut materials to fit specific roof dimensions<br />• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications<br />• Identify and report roofing defects or potential issues<br />• Work safely at height, adhering to all health and safety regulations<br />• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently</p>
<p>Requirements:-<br />• Proven experience as a flat roofing operative.<br />• • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions<br />• Good physical fitness and stamina.<br />• Understanding of health and safety practices in construction<br />• Valid CSCS card (required)</p>
