This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a greenfield data product within a highly impactful clinical insights environment. You will be trusted to shape what gets built from the ground up, working closely with clinical, executive and technical stakeholders to define, document and deliver data products that genuinely influence healthcare decision making.

The Role and Deliverables
- Own the end-to-end design of clinical data products, from initial problem definition through to delivery and adoption.
- Rebuild and document the data product landscape, defining what should be built and how it should evolve over time.
- Act as the key liaison between clinical stakeholders, executives and technical teams including data science, data engineering and BI.
- Translate ambiguous clinical and business needs into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Support the rollout and ongoing improvement of applications and dashboards, ensuring alignment with health cost guidelines and accuracy standards.
- Establish ways of working, documentation and governance to improve how data products are designed and delivered.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in senior product roles within clinical, healthcare or health data environments.
- Proven capability in data product design, particularly in complex stakeholder settings.
- Confidence working alongside data scientists and AI or ML teams without being a hands-on engineer.
- Solid understanding of data visualisation and BI, with experience using tools such as Power BI.
- Credibility and comfort engaging with both clinicians and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with large healthcare or health technology organisations, including those grown through acquisition.

- Implement solutions on Google Cloud Platform, using services such as Vertex AI and Dialogflow.
- Integrate APIs to enrich conversations with real-world context, such as stock availability, product data, and environmental signals.
- Define and apply guardrails to manage off-topic, inappropriate, or constrained user interactions.
- Support model fine-tuning, testing, and iteration to ensure conversational accuracy across accents and multiple languages.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience building and deploying generative AI or conversational AI solutions in production environments.
- Hands-on expertise with GCP, particularly Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and related services.
- Proven capability designing complex dialogue flows that adapt to user intent and context.
- Experience integrating LLMs with structured product or inventory data for recommendation use cases.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused projects with high stakeholder visibility.

- Enable reliable deployment, monitoring and retraining of machine learning models in production.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to operationalise models efficiently.
- Implement best practices around CI/CD, model versioning and data quality.
- Support platform optimisation, scalability and reliability across environments.
- Produce clear technical documentation to support ongoing delivery.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in MLOps or machine learning engineering within production environments.
