At Parkinson’s UK, we champion different ways of working. Find out more about the types of contracts we offer.
Whether you're a Parkinson's adviser in Scotland or a financial accountant based in London, we have a variety of ways we can support the contribution you make to the Parkinson's community.
We offer 2 types of contracts: hybrid and home-based. We also offer flexible working from your first day. We're open to various ways of working such as compressed working patterns, part-time working and variable working hours.
With both contract types, we operate a flexi-time scheme. This gives you flexibility on start and finish times and the ability to take back time you've worked over your normal hours to support your wellbeing.

You'll need to come into our office regularly. How often will depend on your team agreement, which sets out the team's norms.

Our job adverts have more information about expected in-person attendance for each role.
If you're on a home-based contract, you won't have to work from our UK office. These roles are based all over the UK. Most home-based roles are for staff members who work in their local area with the Parkinson's community or with local organisations and professionals.
