Job Title: Civils Estimator (Remediation / Minor Civils)
Location: Central London (Head Office)
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + Benefits (DOE)

Role Summary
An Estimator is required to join a growing contractor delivering remediation and minor civils works across Central London. The role will be office-based, supporting the pre-construction team in pricing, tendering, and securing projects across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for remediation and minor civils projects
- Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
- Carry out take-offs and produce BOQs
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
- Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
- Work closely with project and commercial teams during handover
Requirements
- Experience working as an Estimator within civils, remediation, or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of tendering and pricing processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with take-offs and BOQs
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Qualifications
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification (preferred but not essential)
