They focus on compliance and operational excellence to meet their organisational goals. Job Description Develop and maintain the operational risk management framework. Identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organisation. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to implement risk mitigation strategies. Prepare and present risk reports to senior stakeholders. Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews of processes and controls. Support the development of business continuity and crisis management plans. Ensure all processes align with public sector regulations and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Operational Risk Manager should have: Previous experience in operational risk management within the public sector or a related industry. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in developing and implementing risk management frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with business continuity planning and crisis management. Relevant professional qualifications in risk management or compliance (desirable). What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
