Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement automated business processes that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Translate high-level business objectives into scalable software solutions.
- Lead the full development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Utilize AI-driven development tools to rapidly prototype, iterate, and enhance applications.
- Partner closely with business users to understand operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
