Your role goes far beyond classic IT support: you design and run the systems that make workplace IT feel seamless and efficient across our organization. Vendor & Asset Management: Own relationships with hardware and service providers, define hardware standards, and manage the full asset lifecycle across 11 countries Digital Lifecycle: Partner with HR to build and maintain a seamless JoinerMoverLeaver process, ensuring devices are automatically provisioned, configured, and shipped IT Workplace Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of IT to define workplace standards, including mobile contracts, hardware, and software, to keep colleagues productive Escalation & Expertise: Act as 2nd/3rd level escalation for complex workplace issues that external support cannot resolve License Governance: Administer Microsoft 365 and related environments, ensuring transparent and cost-efficient license usage Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security standards such as MFA, Conditional Access, and device encryption User & Device Management: Own user lifecycle management and device lifecycle management across the organization
