About the Role

Position Summary:   The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is part of a global human resources team and provides day-to-day support for the Company's compensation and benefits programs requirements, including data integrity in Success Factors, data feeds, vendor fees and billing, system validation, and data analysis and reports. The analyst will keep data bases up to date, including Market Pay for compensation surveys, JDX for job descriptions. In addition, the analyst will partner with the benefits administrator to cover day to day activities in their absence. The analyst will focus on process improvements and update documentation as needed.   Job Responsibilities (You Will):  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to help benchmark compensation practices. Support the evaluation of job descriptions and salary structures. • Maintains job description data base in JDX. • Assists in compensation survey submission and maintains survey data in Market Pay. • Provides day to day support in maintaining data integrity in Success Factors and other systems as required. • Assists in updating and publishing plan documents in Service Now. • Process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs. Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors. • Assists in the implementation of new benefits programs and administrative processes. • Provides support for other compensation and benefits related projects as need to support the Total Rewards function and business objectives. • Partners with and provides backup to others on the Total Rewards team as required.   Education/Experience (You Have):   • University degree with major in Business, Human Resources, or related degree • Used to handle confidential information • 3 years combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, benefit administration • Working towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing activities of different priorities • Good verbal and written communication skills • Prior working experience with SuccessFactors • Ability to work both independently and within a team • Proficiency with MS Office products, including Excel (Intermediate), Word (Intermediate) & PowerPoint (basic) • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadline
