About the Role
As a EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor your duties will include:
Manage a caseload of EL/PL/Clinical Negligence claims, ensuring timely and accurate progression.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other matters including bullying; assault and discrimination claims as well as human rights matters.
Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.
Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients when required.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Contribute to team objectives and support colleagues as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EL/PL/Clin Neg NQ-3 Solicitor should have:
A qualified solicitor status with a focus on EL/PL or Clinical Negligence cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess case merits effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and court representation.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
