Job Title: Site Based Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects across industrial and storage unit environments. Projects are delivered nationwide, and the successful candidate must be comfortable with UK-wide travel.
This role involves end-to-end management of complex construction projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and client representatives to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the management and delivery of refurbishment and new build projects valued between £8m–£20m
- Manage projects typically lasting 36–42 weeks
- Oversee site operations, including direct management of an on-site manager
- Act as the primary point of contact on site, liaising closely with client representatives and stakeholders
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Attend and contribute to fortnightly resource planning meetings, discussing labour and resource requirements
- Ensure all health & safety, compliance, and reporting requirements are met
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management

- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 – 17:00
Salary & Package
- Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects across industrial and distribution units
- Strong background in industrial or commercial construction environments
- Comfortable managing teams and working autonomously on site
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
