Responsibilities Explore, evaluate, and experiment open-source and commercial XLM/ML-based tools and algorithms Prototype and test new AI Knowledge capabilities and expert-guided AI tools Education  Pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a top-tier US university Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain” Step 1 Written test Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section – this is a take-home test Step 2 Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office) Next step Email your resumé to hiring@egain.com with the position title “Research Engineer (Intern)” in the email subject.
