About the Role
<p><strong>Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative 6893</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong><br />
Stroud, Gloucestershire</p>
<p><strong>Hours: </strong><br />
Day Shift</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong><br />
£13.50 – £13.75 per hour dependent on experience<br />
Potential for Late Shift – Monday to Thursday, 12:00pm – 10:00pm at £18.45 per hour</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out deburring and finishing of precision components</li>
<li>Perform mechanical assembly tasks to required standards</li>
<li>Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively</li>
<li>Inspect components for quality and accuracy</li>
<li>Support a variety of production and assembly tasks as required</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organised work environment</li>
<li>Follow company procedures and health & safety standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Skills of a Deburr / Mechanical Assembly Operative:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a finishing or mechanical assembly environment</li>
<li>Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work across a range of production tasks</li>
<li>Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Flexible and reliable approach to work</li>
</ul>
