**Experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant **Location:** Saltcoats, Scotland **Pay:** From £13.50 per hour **Position:** Full-Time, Days or Nights **Facility:** 50+ Bed Care Home I am recruiting on behalf of a 50+ bed care home in the Saltcoats  area for a compassionate, experienced and reliable Senior Healthcare Assistant to join the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care and support to residents during the day / night - Assist with mobility and daily living tasks - Monitor residents’ well-being and report any concerns - Collaborate with the night team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a UK Care Home is essential - Caring, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs - A commitment to delivering high-quality care If you’re dedicated to making a positive impact in residents’ lives, I’d love to hear from you.
