Asset Specialist I Location Arlington, TX 76006 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Pay: $60,000–$62,000 annually (BOE) • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7-4 or 8-5 • Employment Type: W-2 ROLE IMPACT Support the financial operations of development projects by managing accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating payment activities. This role partners with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely invoice processing, funding requests, and accurate documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Process accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, check requests, and payment documentation. • Verify invoice coding, funding requests, and budget allocations while partnering with project teams and analysts. • Maintain accurate financial and project records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documentation. • Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and ensure timely processing. • Support project administration by maintaining property, contract, and closing documentation and assisting with property tax and HOA-related records. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED. • Accounts payable experience with knowledge of invoice processing, purchase orders, and payment reconciliation. • Basic accounting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new business systems. PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) or another ERP/accounting system. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Experience supporting finance, accounting, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
