<p><strong>ServiceNow Architect<br /> London (Hybrid)<br /> 6 Month Contract<br /> &pound;600/day (Outside IR35)</strong></p> <p><em>ServiceNow Architect</em> needed with deep Telecoms domain experience including <em>Telecommunications Service Management</em> (TSM).</p> <p>6 Month Contract based in <em>London </em>(Hybrid). Paying up to &pound;600/day (Outside IR35). Start ASAP in May/June 2026.</p> <p>Hybrid Working &#8211; 2 days/week remote (WFH) + 3 days/week working from the office in London.</p> <p>Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a ServiceNow solutions project:</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Architect with strong Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) experience.</li> <li>Designing end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module, including alignment with ITOM, ITIL, CMDB, CSDM standards.</li> <li>Platform Expertise: extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.</li> <li>Translating business requirements into technical blueprints + overseeing development teams to implement scalable, automated telecom operations, including network inventory, service assurance + OSS/BSS integrations.</li> <li>Architecture &amp; Design: Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service lifecycle management, order management, network inventory).</li> <li>Implementation &amp; Integration: Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.</li> <li>Domain Expertise: Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.</li> <li>Strategic Advisory: Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.</li> <li>Technologies: ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM frameworks, JavaScript.</li> </ul>
