The Package £44,000 per annum basic salary Company Car - car allowance of £445 per month, or personal car usage at 45p per mile. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Additional 5 days gifted leave The Role Lead and manage Health, Safety and Training across a large portfolio of education catering sites Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies across the business Conduct site audits, investigations and reporting to maintain high safety standards Deliver and coordinate Health & Safety training and manager inductions across the organisation Work closely with Operations and HR to support training programmes and staff development The Requirements Experience within a Health & Safety role in catering, hospitality or food service Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards NEBOSH qualification desirable (training support available) Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel across the North of England The Location M6 corridor Stoke to Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield. A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
