Currently managing around 1,000 properties, the company has clear plans to expand to 1,500 by 2026 and 2,000 by 2027. To support this growth, they are looking for a proactive and capable Property Management Manager to help drive the department forward.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will play a central role within the Property Management team, supporting the leadership of a department of 8+ across Wroxham and Oulton Broad.
This is a hands-on position where the Property Management Manager will lead from the front—supporting team performance, improving processes, and ensuring a high standard of service for landlords and tenants.
It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step up into a more senior position or further develop their management experience within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities - Support the day-to-day management of a multi-office Property Management team
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
- Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Support portfolio growth and retention of existing clients
- Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue within the portfolio
- Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth plans
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (flexibility may be considered)
- Office-based role
Candidate Profile - Strong experience in Property Management
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Some experience supporting or leading a team (or ready to step into this)
- Commercial awareness and a focus on service delivery
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing company
Package & Benefits - £35,000 - £45,000 OTE with performance-based incentives
