Are you a hands‑on manufacturing professional who takes pride in precision and quality? As a Senior Production Operator, you’ll play a critical role in building, integrating, and refining electronic and mechanical assemblies that power our products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys complex work, problem‑solving, and taking ownership of production outcomes.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Perform production and project-based tasks ranging from repetitive to non‑repetitive assembly operations
• Assemble electronic and mechanical subassemblies including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
• Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, and work instructions
• Follow established methods, techniques, and sequences of operation
• Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
• Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and small system builds
• Perform basic electrical tests, troubleshooting, and validation
• Execute complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems while maintaining quality standards

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong manufacturing and assembly experience with electronic and/or mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently on more complex tasks and assignments
• Solid understanding of assembly documentation and schematics
• High attention to detail, quality, and safety
• Reliable, team‑oriented mindset with strong work ethic

• Strong electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
