CNC Milling Machinist – 3 & 5 Axis  £30,000 to £37,000 Ballymena This role involves setting, operating, and proving out programs on modern 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres to support efficient and high-quality production. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce components to specification. Prove programs and optimise machining cycles for consistent batch production. Carry out dimensional inspection and finishing of machined parts. Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately. Essential Skills & Experience Time-served machinist or Level 3 engineering qualification (or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical / technical disciplines). Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling machines. Strong inspection and measurement capability. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. High attention to detail and quality standards. Working knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls.
