Residential Development Solicitor | 2-6 PQE | FarnboroughPicture yourself advising major regional developers from site acquisition through planning, Section 106 negotiations, infrastructure agreements, and finally plot sales. You're not just processing transactions, you're helping shape the built environment across the South East.A well-established, award-winning practice with a Legal 500-ranked real estate team is looking for a Residential Development Solicitor to join its dedicated development group in Farnborough. The team advises developers, landowners, and major housebuilders across the full lifecycle of residential projects, handling sophisticated, high-value work with real commercial stakes.This is a thriving practice with a long track record of growth, modern systems, and a culture that backs its people.
