This company provides loans ranging from $100,000 to 3M to residential real estate investors.<br /> The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage the loan process from start to finish, supervise all administrative roles for borrowers and seller transactions from contact to close, and manage the loan documents.</p> <p>What people are saying:</p> <p>“Developing organization, now is the time join”<br /> “Selling loans to the largest banks in the country”<br /> “Great people, and all the opportunity to grow”</p> <p>Title: Mortgage Loan Coordinator<br /> Location: Norwalk, CT Hybrid/Remote<br /> Potential Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Manage the real estate loan process from inception to closing using detailed workflows<br /> Supervise all administrative roles for borrower and seller transactions from contract to close<br /> Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders’ requisite paperwork and ensure the completion of all closing documentation<br /> Responsible for interfacing and communicating with stakeholders to ensure processing and underwriting tasks are being done timely and accurately.<br /> Coordinate timelines with borrower’s title companies, insurance agents to obtain necessary information<br /> Understand loan documents, mortgage process and loan origination system to effectively manage workflows<br /> Track all outstanding items with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation.<br /> Maintain effective communication on loan status with partners.<br /> Assist leadership with the preparation and distribution loan level data.<br /> Identify and communicate risks and learn pitfalls to avoid when working through loan files.<br /> Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security while handling personal information; verbal and/or written documentation.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelors in business or related field<br /> 2+ years in banking and lending<br /> Real estate experience is preferred<br /> Excellent communication skills<br /> Entrepreneurial oriented</p>
