Position: Truss Builder
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley
What You’ll Do
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks to build trusses, panels, stairs, windows, or doors
- Place parts in correct positions and fasten them using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other methods
- Cut materials to precise measurements
- Remove defective products and maintain quality standards
- Operate machinery for force‑fitting and fastening
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing product models
- Clean equipment, floors, and work areas following safety procedures
What You Bring
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency

- Ability to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Problem‑solving skills for simple, concrete tasks

Experience

- Knowledge of framing or construction is helpful but not mandatory

Physical Requirements
- Continuous walking
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
