As the company continues to grow, we are conducting a search for a Project Estimator Manager to elevate and lead the estimating function. The Opportunity This is a leadership opportunity for a senior mechanical estimating professional who wants to shape process, mentor talent, protect margin, and influence strategic growth.Our elected candidate will oversee estimating across commercial and light industrial mechanical work, drive disciplined preconstruction strategy, and establish standards that strengthen both profitability and execution. This role requires both technical depth and executive judgment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop a high-performing estimating team • Establish best practices, accountability, and consistency across the estimating function • Oversee complex HVAC, plumbing, piping, and light industrial mechanical estimates • Drive bid strategy, labor modeling, and risk management decisions • Partner with executive leadership and operations to ensure executable project delivery • Strengthen systems that support scalable, profitable growth Qualifications • 10+ years of mechanical estimating experience • Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring estimators • Strong commercial mechanical background with light industrial exposure • Experience in design build, design assist, negotiated, and hard bid environments • Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk, protect margin, and think strategically • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
