About the Role
Time Recruitment is proud to be partnering with our client to appoint a dedicated and proactive Building Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment and takes pride in ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well‑maintained.
You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of a busy site, acting as the central point of contact for tenants, contractors, and service providers while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the building and its facilities
• Serve as the main contact for tenants, contractors, and service partners
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor coordination
• Carry out regular building inspections to identify issues and maintain standards
• Support budgeting, reporting, and operational record‑keeping
• Respond promptly to emergencies or urgent maintenance needs
About You
• Experience in building or facilities management
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Solid understanding of health & safety requirements
• Confident managing contractors and overseeing maintenance tasks
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
