<p><b>Role Overview</b></p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented, independent Manufacturing Project Manager to drive complex electronics manufacturing and process improvement projects from concept to delivery.<br /> You will be responsible for owning tasks without oversight, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that technical systems are delivered with precision and efficiency.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><b>Project Lifecycle Management:</b> Manage projects from requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.</li> <li><b>Documentation &amp; Planning:</b> Author and maintain precise technical documentation, including SOPs and BOMs; manage project schedules using tools like Excel and Gantt charts.</li> <li><b>Resource Coordination:</b> Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and production resources to ensure seamless execution.</li> <li><b>Continuous Improvement:</b> Use data and metrics to drive process improvements; support quoting efforts through labor and material estimation.</li> <li><b>Communication:</b> Act as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Engineering Technology, Supply Chain &amp; Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.</li> <li><b>Technical Proficiency:</b> Strong experience with project planning tools (Excel, Gantt charts), technical writing, and familiarity with MRP systems or BOMs.</li> <li><b>Process Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen methods is a plus.</li> <li><b>Soft Skills:</b> Ability to work independently, multitask across shifting priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><b>Important Requirements</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><b>Citizenship:</b> Due to our military contracts, applicants <b>must</b> be U.S. Citizens or current Green Card holders.
