Job Title: MIG Welder/Fabricator Location: Holly Pay: $20.45/hr. Client also offers an additional $1.40 per hour for perfect attendance, weekly. First Shift:   7:00am – 4:00pm  Second Shift: 4:00pm-12:am   Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in your craftsmanship and pays close attention to detail? Duties: • Lay out, position, assemble, and MIG weld carbon steel and other materials to produce finished products according to engineering specifications and drawings. • Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine project requirements, weld dimensions, and assembly procedures. • Prepare materials for welding by clamping, grinding, and positioning components. • Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move materials and finished parts. • Conduct visual inspections and perform quality checks on welds to meet ASME and company quality standards. • Perform basic maintenance on welding and material handling equipment. • Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of MIG fabrication welding experience. • Strong background in material handling, including crane and forklift operation. • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move heavy materials, and weld in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead). • Must be able to pass a MIG weld test. • Ability to read tape measures and understand weld symbols. • Familiarity with standard welding equipment. • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. • Welding certification or apprenticeship is a plus.
