About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing Series A digital health startup headquartered in New York City, is seeking a highly capable and dynamic Executive Assistant to support its CEO and broader founding team. With a current headcount of ~40 and significant growth plans ahead, the company is expanding rapidly and looking for an individual who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. This is a unique opportunity to step into a highly visible role at an inflection point for the company. The position goes beyond traditional executive support, offering the chance to act as a true right hand to leadership—supporting day-to-day operations while also taking on special projects and contributing to the overall efficiency and culture of the organization.<em><strong> This role is hybrid of 3-4 days in office, however it is expected for the candidate to be in office whenever the founder is. </strong></em>
<hr /><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b>
<ul>
<li>Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, with additional support to other founders as needed</li>
<li>Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Handle domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics (no international travel at this time)</li>
<li>Assist with personal support tasks as needed, including travel coordination and occasional personal logistics</li>
<li>Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner—prioritizing communications and ensuring leadership is focused on high-impact initiatives</li>
<li>Support internal operations, including onboarding coordination for new hires and helping to build internal processes</li>
<li>Assist in planning and coordinating team events, offsites, and internal gatherings (happy hours, lunches, etc.)</li>
<li>Help maintain office organization and contribute to a positive, well-run in-office experience</li>
<li>Take ownership of ad hoc projects and initiatives, often navigating ambiguity and driving work from concept through completion</li>
<li>Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed</li>
</ul>
<hr /><b>REQUIREMENTS</b>
<ul>
<li>5–10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar support role</li>
<li>Prior experience supporting founders or senior executives in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred</li>
<li>Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, ever-changing environment</li>
<li>Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with senior leadership</li>
<li>Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Comfortable wearing multiple hats, including both professional and occasional personal support</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging tools to improve efficiency and organization</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while anticipating needs and taking initiative</li>

<hr /><b>HOURS & LOCATION</b>
<ul>
<li>Hybrid schedule based in New York City (3–4 days in office preferred) as executives are in office</li>
<li>Standard business hours with flexibility as needed to support leadership</li>
</ul>

<li>Base salary: $125K–$140K (DOE) + benefits </li>
