Office & Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Brooks, OR
Pay: $18–$20/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office and inventory operations, ensuring everything is accurate, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries
  • Order supplies and help maintain inventory levels
  • Read and interpret packing slips with a high level of accuracy
  • Enter packing slip data into the system and ensure proper documentation
  • Update and maintain customer accounts and records
  • Assist with invoicing and general data entry
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What You Need to Have
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confidence working with numbers and calculations
  • Ability to read, interpret, and process packing slips accurately
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor

The Musts
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Must be comfortable working with math on a daily basis
  • Ability to convert inches into board footage and understand per-thousand pricing
  • Ability to perform basic algebra and calculations accurately
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
  • Experience in lumber, construction, or a related industry
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or inventory experience
