The Opportunity

A global technology business is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of promotional and pricing initiatives across multiple markets.

This is an execution-focused role sitting within a high-performing digital operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring promotional campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Promotional Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns across digital channels
  • Ensure operational readiness including validation, dependency tracking and pre-launch checks
  • Assist with promotional setup including discount calculations, templates and outputs

Process & Workflow Management

  • Manage incoming campaign requests via Jira or similar workflow tools
  • Track timelines, prioritisation and delivery progress
  • Maintain and improve SOPs to drive consistency and efficiency

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Clarify requirements and ensure briefs are complete and actionable
  • Identify risks and escalate issues impacting campaign delivery

Operational Excellence

  • Support testing and QA processes prior to launch
  • Monitor and log issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations

What They're Looking For

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or commercial operations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Jira or similar workflow tools is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
