About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Youngstown, OH who can troubleshoot fast, lead confidently, and keep operations running at peak performance in a high-demand manufacturing environment. Job Requirements: Maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Experience with PLC systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Working knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs $26–$28/hour 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (OT Required) Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k with Company Match, Paid Holidays & Vacation, Perfect Attendance Bonus If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your skills actually make an impact, we want to talk!
