ROLE IMPACT
Support sales and customer service operations by providing responsive assistance, managing communications, and ensuring accurate coordination across teams. Success in this role is measured by strong customer support, efficient execution of sales-related processes, and effective use of business systems to maintain service quality and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and sales support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage communications, documentation, and administrative tasks related to sales activities.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and data tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer and sales-related requests.

Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service and/or sales support environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in healthcare, finance, or other highly regulated environments.
• Ability to quickly learn industry-specific processes and compliance requirements.
