<p><strong>Daily Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting with concept design, feasibility studies and design development</li>
<li>Producing drawings, models and presentation material</li>
<li>Supporting planning submissions and design reports</li>
<li>Liaising with internal team members and external consultants</li>
<li>Attending meetings, site visits and design reviews</li>
<li>Contributing to collaborative studio discussions and project delivery</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>RIBA Part I qualified in Architecture</li>
<li>Some post-Part I professional experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong design, graphic and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Revit)</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn within a team environment</li>
<li>Good communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Ideally based locally to Newcastle</li>
