About the Role
A US headquartered international law firm with an established London office is looking to hire a partner who can assist with building and shaping a premium non‑contentious crypto and digital assets regulatory practice.
The role focuses on delivering strategic, judgment‑led regulatory advice at the intersection of regulation, commercial strategy and enforcement risk. The successful candidate will advise crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, fintech and payments businesses, and entrepreneurs on regulatory market entry, regulatory structuring, governance and accountability frameworks, senior management arrangements, and regulatory change in evolving or untested regimes.
Work is high‑stakes, bespoke and partner‑led, and sits alongside an established contentious regulatory and investigations capability.
The firm is seeking an entrepreneurial partner who is accustomed to marketing themselves, winning work and building trusted client relationships.
