Job Summary
The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates into job assignments to meet workforce demands and client expectations. This role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining top talent through high-volume recruiting efforts while achieving key staffing metrics, including time-to-fill, diversity hiring goals, recruiting compliance, and overall talent quality.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, community-focused, and energized by connecting great people with great opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Source and attract candidates through multiple recruiting channels, including community outreach, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and job fit.
- Match qualified candidates with open positions based on client requirements and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future staffing demands.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
- Partner with branch teams and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Meet and exceed recruiting performance metrics, including time-to-fill and placement goals.
- Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
- Participate in community events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to strengthen local talent networks.
- Utilize recruiting technologies, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
