About the Role
We are recruiting a Billing Administrator for a growing business based in Castleford . This is a temporary position and requires an immediate start. The purpose of the Billing Administrator is to ensure that accurate sales ledger invoices for services provided are raised on a timely basis, meeting deadlines as appropriate, and, in turn, delivering cash on time. Processing of all customer invoices and credit notes via email and various portals. Raising consolidated invoices and AFP’s for multiple customers. Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues/queries quickly and efficiently. Identifying errors which have led to incorrect billing and investigating anomalies. Any other admin tasks as required. The person: Previous experience within a similar environment is required . Attention to detail and good accuracy skills are essential. The ability to work in a fast - paced , high - volume , ever - changing environment is essential.
