Spot Welder - 1st Shift Advance Services, Inc. is looking to hire Spot Welders in Grand Island, NE. This position is a great opportunity for individuals with welding or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality products while working in a fast-paced fabrication environment. Job Duties: Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications Load, position, and align parts using fixtures and welding equipment Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and consistency Read and follow work instructions, prints, and production specifications Perform basic setup and adjustments to welding equipment as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Work collaboratively with team members in a manufacturing environment Pay: Ranges from $20+/Hr DOE Shift: 1st Hours: 6 am to 2:30 pm Why work for Advance Services, Inc.?
