About the role:

Justteachers recruitment agency are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Year 5 Teacher to join one of our partner primary schools based in Lincoln. This ambitious school has a strong reputation for developing confident learners while maintaining a caring and supportive environment for both staff and pupils.

The school is seeking a teacher for an October Half Term 2026 start. This role is expected to become a permanent position following a successful probationary period.

• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet varying learning needs

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes
• Support the wider aims and values of the school

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Effective classroom management skills
• Ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, flexible and professional approach
• Referenceable teaching experience within the last two years
