About the Role
I am working with a well established and growing commercial cleaning business in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for a hands on operational manager to join them initially for a period of 3-4 months, 2 days a week, however this could be extended or even made permanent.
Ideally you will have worked in a leadership role within the cleaning or facilities management industries before and will be able to hit the ground running.
You will support the existing Directors in the day to day running of the business, managing projects and identifying opportunities for development. Pastoral care of their commercial cleaning team will also be required.
