£14.28ph ( weekly pay)We are looking for a Customer Advisor to contact tenants by phone, complete surveys, and record information accurately.Working for a leading Housing provider in Exeter this role is working on a temporart contract for a couple of weeks.
ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to tenants
Complete census questionnaires over the phone
Carry out tenant satisfaction surveys
Record responses accurately on systems
Build rapport and encourage participation
Skills & ExperienceExperience in outbound calling or customer service
Confident and professional on the phone
Good listening and communication skills
