Shipping and Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift/Part Time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our 1std shift team in a cold storage warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, processing shipments, and supporting overnight warehouse operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

Schedule

• 1st Shift / Part Time: Mon – Wed, 8am-4:30pm
• Weekend and overtime availability may be required
• Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately
• Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Enter shipment and inventory data into warehouse systems
• Coordinate product movement between departments and carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and product rotation
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, OSHA, and company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse clerk, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience in cold storage or food distribution environments is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
