The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across residential properties. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day supervision, performance management, and service quality, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise operatives and subcontractors delivering responsive repairs
Monitor productivity, quality, and first-time fix performance
Carry out site visits, inspections, and health & safety checks
Liaise with planners, administrators, and client teams
Review completed works, variations, and job coding accuracy
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
About You
Experience as a Repairs Supervisor or Senior Operative in social housing or property maintenance
Strong multi-trade technical knowledge
Good understanding of health & safety and compliance
Confident managing teams and performance
Full UK driving licence (CSCS / SSSTS or similar preferred)
