About the Role

Legal Knowledge Management Develop and maintain precedents, templates, practice notes, and guidance materials tailored to the practice area. Ensure knowledge resources remain current, accurate, and accessible. Training & Development Design and deliver legal and technical training sessions for fee‑earners, trainees, and clients. Support the ongoing professional development of the team. Legal Research & Updates Monitor legislative and case law developments. Provide clear analysis and strategic guidance on how changes impact the practice and clients. Circulate timely updates across the team. Business Development Support Draft client alerts, articles, and marketing content. Support pitch materials and contribute to client presentations. Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with partners, associates, and the firm's Knowledge team. Promote efficient working practices and encourage adoption of legal technology tools. Thought Leadership Produce high‑quality commentary and insight on emerging trends and developments within the private client and tax space. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Qualified solicitor or barrister with 5-8 years' PQE. Strong technical expertise in private client law. Experience in a PSL, academic, or training‑focused role is beneficial but not essential. Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills. Strong organisational and project‑management capabilities. Ability to distil complex issues into clear, concise guidance.
