<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>
<p>– <strong>Design & Development:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop control system drawings such as panel layouts, electrical schematics, and loop diagrams from P&IDs.</li>
<li>Create and refine PLC code using industry-standard programming languages to automate control and monitoring processes at gate stations and plants.</li>
</ul>
<p>– <strong>Programming & Integration:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Configure SCADA systems to provide real-time data visualization and control over gas delivery operations.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain secure communications using ICS protocols over serial and Ethernet to ensure seamless remote control and monitoring.</li>
</ul>
<p>– <strong>Project Management & Collaboration:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with internal teams, including Gas Control and Production Engineering, to assess system requirements and develop customized solutions.</li>
<li>Lead projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring that all systems meet safety and operational standards.</li>
</ul>
<p>– <strong>Testing & Troubleshooting:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee startup operations and conduct rigorous system testing to validate functionality.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot communication protocols and interface with vendors to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.</li>
</ul>
<p>– <strong>Training & Technical Support:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide guidance and technical expertise to operations personnel to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of control systems.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive procedures and standards for system operation and troubleshooting.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>5+ years of experience with industrial control systems, including PLC and SCADA platforms.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of process control theory, instrumentation, and ICS protocols.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop wiring diagrams, control panel designs, and PLC programming from P&IDs.</li>
<li>Experience supporting the startup and commissioning of control systems for complex industrial processes.</li>
<li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Ability to thrive under pressure while managing a potentially volatile commodity.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience in natural gas or propane processing, storage, and handling environments.</li>
<li>Familiarity with gas flow measurement and control system integrity standards.</li>
</ul>
<p>**<span style="color:#494949"><em>Must be available to serve on-call on a rotating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week schedule.</em></span></p>
