Justteachers are recruiting for a level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bradford on a full-time and long-term basis to start in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering phonics interventions
• Supporting pupils across a range of abilities and needs
• Delivering targeted interventions and small group work
• Assisting in planning and assessing learning activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and a nurturing learning environment

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 qualification
• Experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and child-centred approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
• Paediatric first aid
• Two school-based references
