Cleaning Manager – Llanelli

Location: Tesco, Trostre Road, Llanelli, SA14 9UY

Pay: £14.22 per hour

Hours: 26 hours per week

Working Pattern:

• Monday: 6:00am – 10:00am
• Tuesday: 6:00am – 10:00am
• Wednesday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm

We are a leading UK-wide facilities management company looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llanelli.

This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting your team, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards.
• Carry out regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Manage staff rotas, attendance, training, and performance.
• Monitor and order cleaning materials and consumables.
• Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
