<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice who off expert design services to the residential, retail, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in their Harrogate offices.</p>

<p><strong>Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work on retail, residential, and healthcare projects from inception through to completion</li>
<li>Carry out site visits and undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance</li>
<li>Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications</li>
<li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology</li>
<li>Proficiency with Revit</li>
<li>Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice</li>
<li>Experience working on projects across various sectors</li>
<li>Healthcare sector experience is desirable</li>
<li>Working knowledge of UK building regulations</li>
<li>Excellent technical and design skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
