<h2>Cleaning Supervisor</h2><p>📍 Site-Based Role<br>🏢 Pareto FM</p><p>Pareto FM is seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>Cleaning Supervisor</strong> to lead a site-based cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.</p><p>You will supervise daily operations, support team development, and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and client representatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people while also supporting operational cleaning duties when required.</p><p>A key part of the role is maintaining high standards, improving service quality, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and stakeholders.</p><hr><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>• Supervise and lead the onsite cleaning team, ensuring all duties are completed to specification and schedule<br>• Carry out cleaning duties where required to support service delivery<br>• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent quality standards are maintained<br>• Ensure all cleaning tasks meet contract requirements and agreed timescales<br>• Report operational issues, dropped shifts, or changes in hours to the Helpdesk for system updates<br>• Request stock replenishment and ensure cleaning cupboards are fully supplied at all times<br>• Communicate any operational issues that require escalation or attention<br>• Maintain safe systems of work and ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety standards<br>• Ensure equipment, materials, and products are correctly used, maintained, and stored<br>• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure PPE is worn at all times<br>• Support continuous improvement of cleaning standards and service delivery<br>• Respond to reasonable requests from the company or client in a timely manner<br>• Use initiative to resolve day-to-day operational issues<br>• Communicate unresolved cleaning or service issues clearly to management<br>• Maintain accurate communication with the Helpdesk, Site Manager, and client representatives<br>• Support compliance with site procedures and operational requirements<br>• Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times</p><hr><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><p>• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader<br>• Strong understanding of cleaning operations and service standards<br>• Awareness of Health &amp; Safety in a facilities environment<br>• Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach<br>• Ability to manage and support a team effectively<br>• Good judgement and ability to make decisions on site<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently<br>• Ability to manage priorities in a changing and fast-paced environment<br>• High attention to detail and pride in service quality</p><hr><h2>Personal Attributes</h2><p>• Reliable and punctual<br>• Calm and organised under pressure<br>• Hands-on and willing to support the team operationally<br>• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability<br>• Flexible and responsive to operational needs</p><hr><h2>Why Join Pareto FM?</h2><p>• Opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact on service quality<br>• Supportive working environment with clear communication channels<br>• Varied role combining leadership and hands-on delivery<br>• Focus on continuous improvement and professional standards<br>• Stable, site-based position within a growing FM business</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
