<h2>Cleaning Supervisor</h2><p>πŸ“ Site-Based Role<br>🏒 Pareto FM</p><p>Pareto FM is seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>Cleaning Supervisor</strong> to lead a site-based cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and service delivery are consistently achieved.</p><p>You will supervise daily operations, support team development, and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and client representatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing people while also supporting operational cleaning duties when required.</p><p>A key part of the role is maintaining high standards, improving service quality, and ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and stakeholders.</p><hr><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>β€’ Supervise and lead the onsite cleaning team, ensuring all duties are completed to specification and schedule<br>β€’ Carry out cleaning duties where required to support service delivery<br>β€’ Monitor team performance and ensure consistent quality standards are maintained<br>β€’ Ensure all cleaning tasks meet contract requirements and agreed timescales<br>β€’ Report operational issues, dropped shifts, or changes in hours to the Helpdesk for system updates<br>β€’ Request stock replenishment and ensure cleaning cupboards are fully supplied at all times<br>β€’ Communicate any operational issues that require escalation or attention<br>β€’ Maintain safe systems of work and ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety standards<br>β€’ Ensure equipment, materials, and products are correctly used, maintained, and stored<br>β€’ Maintain a professional appearance and ensure PPE is worn at all times<br>β€’ Support continuous improvement of cleaning standards and service delivery<br>β€’ Respond to reasonable requests from the company or client in a timely manner<br>β€’ Use initiative to resolve day-to-day operational issues<br>β€’ Communicate unresolved cleaning or service issues clearly to management<br>β€’ Maintain accurate communication with the Helpdesk, Site Manager, and client representatives<br>β€’ Support compliance with site procedures and operational requirements<br>β€’ Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times</p><hr><h2>What We’re Looking For</h2><p>β€’ Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader<br>β€’ Strong understanding of cleaning operations and service standards<br>β€’ Awareness of Health &amp; Safety in a facilities environment<br>β€’ Strong communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach<br>β€’ Ability to manage and support a team effectively<br>β€’ Good judgement and ability to make decisions on site<br>β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently<br>β€’ Ability to manage priorities in a changing and fast-paced environment<br>β€’ High attention to detail and pride in service quality</p><hr><h2>Personal Attributes</h2><p>β€’ Reliable and punctual<br>β€’ Calm and organised under pressure<br>β€’ Hands-on and willing to support the team operationally<br>β€’ Strong sense of responsibility and accountability<br>β€’ Flexible and responsive to operational needs</p><hr><h2>Why Join Pareto FM?</h2><p>β€’ Opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact on service quality<br>β€’ Supportive working environment with clear communication channels<br>β€’ Varied role combining leadership and hands-on delivery<br>β€’ Focus on continuous improvement and professional standards<br>β€’ Stable, site-based position within a growing FM business</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
