About the Role

<p><strong>We are a growing and values-driven care provider seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee supported living services across multiple regions the North West and Yorkshire area</strong></p> <p><strong> This is an expanding organisation supporting adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities to live independently in high-quality, person-centred environments.</strong></p> <p><strong> This is a key leadership role offering the chance to shape operational delivery, drive service excellence and contribute to strategic growth.</strong></p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities of an Area Manager:</strong><br /> <strong>Operational Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach and support Registered and Service Managers</li> <li>Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care</li> <li>Monitor performance and conduct regular reviews</li> </ul> <p><strong>Quality, Compliance &amp; Risk</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding legislation</li> <li>Oversee incidents, complaints and risk management processes</li> <li>Embed a strong quality assurance culture across services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Service Development &amp; Growth</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support business growth, tenders and new service mobilisation</li> <li>Identify opportunities for service improvement and efficiency</li> <li>Promote equality, diversity and inclusion across services</li> </ul> <p><strong>Partnership &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and professionals</li> <li>Produce performance reports for senior leadership</li> <li>Maintain accurate systems and records</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support staffing and resource planning</li> <li>Participate in on-call duties</li> <li>Deputise for senior leadership when required</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Key requirements an Area must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience managing supported living or similar care services</li> <li>Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding</li> <li>Experience leading senior teams and multi-site services</li> <li>Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management</li> <li>Experience working with mental health and/or learning disability services (essential)</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>£50,000 – £52,500 per year</li> <li>Senior leadership opportunity with real influence</li> <li>Career progression and development opportunities</li> <li>Health and wellbeing support</li> <li>Company recognition and engagement initiatives</li> <li>Referral scheme</li> <li>Travel expenses covered</li> </ul> <p> <strong>If you are interested in the above Area Manager vacancy, please call Cameron Lawrie at Domus Recruitment</strong></p> <p> <strong>Don’t keep a good thing to yourself – Recommend a friend!!<br /> If you are not looking, then perhaps you know someone who is and we will reward you with our recommend a friend scheme of £300 pounds</strong><br />  </p>
