About the Role
Role Profile: The role is responsible for ensuring all client billing is subject to either government or client portals are issued successfully. Key responsibilities: • Client portal management: o Ensure process notes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are kept up to date for each client portal in use o Maintain a password manager for access to client portals, using shared email addresses to minimize the impact of leavers o Ensure any new client portal requirements are understood and set up and testing of submissions is carried out with the client finance team ahead of actual invoices being issued to minimize delays • Client portal processing o Ensure all invoices for client portals are uploaded promptly and showing as accepted in the portal o Work with Client finance teams without delay to resolve upload issues o Enter line item details where necessary to Client portals and ensure reconciled to ERM invoice o Review invoicing system or equivalent outputs to ensure process efficiency for data entry and identify opportunities for improvement, including RPA and electronic data interchange (EDI) • Government portal processing (e-invoicing) o Maintain a database of all government portals in use o Ensure process flow and SOPs are kept up to date for each government portal o Maintain a password manager to access to government portals using shared email addresses to minimize impact of leavers o Carry out steps to ensure ERM invoice is accepted by government e-invoices portals and any QR code or other reference is included with ERM invoice to client Required skills: • 3-5 years of experience in O2C (including various client AP portals) or related finance process roles • Basic knowledge of financial processes, controls, and compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
